1. Board of Directors
Responsibilities:

e) Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards.
2. Executive Director (CEO)
Responsibilities:
a) Lead the organization and implement the strategic plan.
b) Oversee all operations, programs, and projects.
c) Act as the primary spokesperson and representative of the organization.
d) Report to the Board of Directors and implement board decisions.
e) Manage relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Responsibilities:
a) Manage the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
b) Ensure transparency and accountability in financial practices.
c) Oversee financial compliance and audit processes.
d) Work with fundraising teams to develop financial strategies.
e) Report financial health to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
4. Director of Programs
Responsibilities:
a) Design and oversee all programs and projects aligned with the mission.
b) Ensure program quality, sustainability, and impact measurement.
c) Supervise program staff and provide capacity-building opportunities.
d) Report on program performance to the Executive Director and Board.
e) Foster collaboration with partners, universities, and other stakeholders.
5. Director of Development and Fundraising
Responsibilities:
a) Lead fundraising strategy and donor relations.
b) Develop grant proposals and reports for institutional donors.
c) Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors, foundations, and individuals.
d) Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
e) Manage the donor database and ensure timely donor communications.
6. Director of Communications and Public Relations
Responsibilities:
a) Develop and implement the organization's communications strategy.
b) Manage external communications, including media relations and public outreach.
c) Maintain and update the organization's website, social media platforms, and publications.
d) Promote RD, Inc.'s projects and achievements through newsletters, reports, and campaigns.
e) Collaborate with the Director of Development for fundraising communications.
7. Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Responsibilities:
a) Develop and implement M&E frameworks for all programs and projects.
b) Monitor progress toward goals and objectives using qualitative and quantitative data.
c) Ensure project compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
d) Provide data-driven insights for program improvements and decision-making.
e) Compile and present evaluation reports to the Executive Director and donors.
8. Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
a) Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
b) Develop and enforce HR policies, including diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.
c) Address staff grievances and promote a healthy workplace culture.
d) Oversee performance appraisals and professional development plans.
e) Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
9. Legal Advisor (Internal or Contracted)
Responsibilities:
a) Provide legal advice on contracts, partnerships, and compliance issues.
b) Ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
c) Support the organization with intellectual property, liability, and governance issues.
d) Oversee risk management strategies and legal dispute resolutions.
e) Ensure all documentation and policies meet legal standards.
10. Program Managers (Regional or Thematic)
Responsibilities:
a) Lead the implementation of specific programs or projects within their region or theme.
b) Supervise field staff and manage local partnerships.
c) Ensure program goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
d) Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
e) Report to the Director of Programs and M&E on program progress.
11. Finance and Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
a) Provide administrative support to the executive team and program staff.
b) Assist in financial documentation, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
c) Manage organizational records and data entry.
d) Handle logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
e) Ensure smooth daily office operations.
12. Field Officers/Researchers (Project-Based)
Responsibilities:
a) Implement project activities in the field, directly working with community beneficiaries.
b) Collect field data and report it to program managers.
c) Ensure timely delivery of services and support to the communities.
d) Engage with local stakeholders, including community leaders and partners.
e) Provide regular updates and feedback on field activities.
